I think this market update is going to be a tad more casual than my previous postings.
I'm really excited to be involved with lots of activity here in Douglas. I , and others in my office have been writing offers , getting contracts for sale and getting Paid! Please ! don't mistake this for bragging, I'm extremely thankful for some relief in this difficult market.
There is lots of local excitement also. The new commercial port of entry at the border between Douglas and Agua Prieta has been getting some preparations. The port will redirect commercial traffic out across Highway 80 to connect with rte 191. The entry for the new road from the intersection of 80 and 191 has been created!! People here are excited about the promises that this port can bring to our area. It could bring new business and jobs.
